Shereef was very professional and courteous. Not only did he diagnose my washer, but he even gave me some comfort in telling me that it wasn’t as bad as I had expected, even though it’s just a matter of time. He broke down the cost(s) I could expect to pay if I were to repair it, but that it would be more cost efficient just getting a new one. Then, he was even more helpful in directing me to a newer washer that was on sale, if that’s the direction I wanted to take right away! Glad I came across this company. I contacted them on a Sunday night and they were here the next day. The technician contacted us to confirm the appointment before showing up. Extremely professional and efficient technician. We were not sure if our oven would be fixed the same day provided we didn’t know the exact diagnosis. I really was impressed. I checked Jiffy out first and they were more expensive for the first visit. Very punctual, gave me a time line and called me an hour before they came. Explained everything and showed me the broken part and the new part. Waited to make sure oven worked and also followed up the following day. Great company and I have used them twice in the last decade. The work they do lasts and is top quality.
My fridge wasn’t not cooling properly for few days, I contacted Sherif from JC appliances and managed to catch the problem over the phone and bring the proper spare part, and it’s working perfectly now. Sherif is very smart, fast and professional, he knows what he is doing and do his job with great manor. He also advised me on how to maintain some appliances at my house. He is truly the guy you need when your appliances breaks down.

We have an older dryer which is well built and which has been very reliable but was in need of repair. Junny made himself available the same day for an inspection and promptly sourced a replacement part and provided an estimate that very evening. We agreed to move ahead with the repair and Junny came in the very next day. The repairs were made and the dryer is back to peak performance. Junny explained all the work being performed and was a pleasure to deal with. We will certainly be calling Junny first if we experience any problems with other appliances. He was OUTSTANDING! The problem appears to be outside of the dryer, likely the dryer duct booster motor, which runs independently from the dryer once it has been started up by the dryer.
In fairly short order both my Miele dishwasher and Bosch washing machine both had errors appear. I YouTube’d to figure out the recommendations. Dishwasher then worked intermittently and the error would repeat after 3 or 4 washes. However the washing machine, I could not get to work. Johnny from JC confirmed that my YouTube steps were standard entry level procedures but advised me of the probable parts that could be contributing to the issues. But before ordering them and planning subsequent visits, he checked the drain connections and found that the GC that connected up both appliances, didn’t follow guidelines that provided the machines the optimal performance. He modified the drainage on both, and our 14yr old units are working like finely tuned clocks.
